Ron Knox

Ron Knox is a Founding Partner of Senpoint Partners, bringing more than 35 years of experience in proxy solicitation, shareholder advisory and complex corporate transactions. His experience spans proxy contests, corporate governance matters, equity and debt tender offers and other situations requiring careful coordination of shareholder strategy and execution.

Before co-founding Senpoint, Ron served as Chief Executive Officer of Morrow & Co. and subsequently Morrow Sodali’s U.S. business. His responsibilities included firm strategy, daily operations, business development and oversight of client matters. Earlier, he served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Morrow’s Strategic Consulting Group.

Across his advisory and leadership roles, he has counseled boards of directors and management teams on complex shareholder matters and regularly presented to law firms and investment banks.

Ron graduated from Cornell University and Albany Law School.

Beyond the office

Outside the office, Ron is happiest spending time with his family. His interests include working out, fly fishing the rivers of Montana and Wyoming and any outdoor activities.
